I can’t think of anyone I know of that wants to be HUGE and SLOW like most of the professional “meat head” bodybuilders are. Nothing against bodybuilders or anything like that, but I would much rather look like a MMA fighter, Olympic sprinter, or a ripped up NFL football player.
